Dr. Jennifer Drover, DC is a pediatric chiropractor with over 25 years of clinical experience, providing gentle, family-centered chiropractic care to infants, children, and families in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Dr. Drover earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She has been in private practice since 1998 and has worked exclusively in the private sector since 2001, where she is the owner and lead chiropractor at Core Insight Chiropractic, with clinic locations on Empire Avenue and Aberdeen Avenue.
Her clinical focus is pediatric and cranial chiropractic care, supporting infants and children with common concerns such as torticollis, plagiocephaly, colic, feeding and latch difficulties, postural asymmetries, and developmental challenges. Dr. Drover uses gentle, age-appropriate techniques tailored to the developing nervous system, with an emphasis on neurodevelopment, spinal and cranial function, and whole-family care.
Dr. Drover has extensive postgraduate training in pediatric chiropractic and cranial techniques. She is a Certified SOT® Practitioner and holds advanced certification in pediatric spinal and pediatric cranial care. She is also a certified craniosacral therapist and holistic nutritionist, with additional training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, Connected Pediatrics, the Upledger Institute, NeuroEmotional Technique, and Total Body Modification. She continues to pursue advanced pediatric education through Peak Potential Institute.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Drover is actively involved in mentoring and educating chiropractors pursuing pediatric specialization. She is committed to interdisciplinary collaboration and works closely with midwives, lactation consultants, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other allied healthcare providers to support optimal outcomes for children and families.
Dr. Drover is passionate about providing safe, gentle, and evidence-informed care, and values educating parents and caregivers so they feel confident and supported throughout their child’s care journey.
