David started his work in private practice with Core Insight in 2002. Prior to this, he spent four years as a locum chiropractor across Ontario and in Sydney, Australia.
David uses specific chiropractic adjustments to alleviate mechanically driven pain and restore healthy motion throughout the body, including the spine, extremities, soft tissues, and fascia. With advanced training in Sacro-Occipital Technique and Craniosacral Therapy, he works with anatomy in three dimensions—addressing the joints of the spine and body, the dura mater, and cerebrospinal fluid dynamics. This approach supports the nervous system and the brain’s ability to regulate the body as a whole.
A central part of his approach is understanding compensation. Pain and dysfunction rarely occur in isolation; they reflect layered patterns of adaptation across interconnected systems within the body. By identifying and addressing these layers over time, care becomes more precise and more sustainable.
David brings a high level of technical proficiency to both spinal and cranial adjusting. Cranial work is particularly valuable in pediatric care and is also effective for adults experiencing headaches, jaw (TMJ) issues, and dizziness. His goal is to support each person’s healing process and help their body function at its best.
