Kala Red Light Therapy
Unlock the power of light, deep within
Kala Red Light Therapy uses medical-grade LED panels and devices to deliver red and near-infrared light to the skin and the tissues beneath it. This approach, known as photobiomodulation, grew out of LED research by NASA and university labs in the 1990s and 2000s. At specific wavelengths, the light is absorbed by the mitochondria, the energy centres inside your cells. This boosts cellular energy and supports the body's natural repair processes in skin, muscle and joint tissue.
Treatment is non-invasive, drug-free and painless. You simply sit or stand in front of the light, or have a targeted device placed over the area being treated, while the light does its work. Most people feel only a gentle warmth, and sessions are short. Benefits build over time, so regular, consistent sessions give the best results, especially when paired with an active recovery or training routine. Please speak with your practitioner before your first session so we can make sure it is right for you.
Kala is a Canadian company. Its devices are FDA cleared and they are used by Team Canada, NHL teams and sports chiropractors.

Normatec 3 Compression Therapy
Pulsing massage flushes fatigue, boosts circulation, and accelerates recovery
Normatec 3 is a dynamic air compression system that helps your muscles recover and feel refreshed faster. Soft, inflatable sleeves fit over your legs, hips or arms and connect to a small control unit. The sleeves fill and release in a rhythmic, wave-like pattern that mimics your body's natural muscle pump. This moves built-up fluid out of the limbs and brings fresh, oxygen-rich blood in. Normatec is used by athletes and sports teams around the world.
During a session you sit or recline comfortably while the system works through five overlapping zones. Pressure can be adjusted across seven levels. A feature called ZoneBoost adds extra time and pressure to a specific area that needs more attention. Most people describe the feeling as a firm but relaxing squeeze, much like a gentle massage. Sessions usually run 20 to 30 minutes. Some people use it once or twice a week, while those in heavy training may use it daily.
Please speak with your practitioner before your first session so we can make sure it is right for you.
